Tigers slam home competition, finish 3-0

The Medford Tigers rolled out the mats and played host to Le Sueur-Henderson, Waseca and WEM/JWP for their first home quadrangular meet of the season and finished undefeated at 3-0.
Medford began the day by breezing through Le-Sueur-Henderson 63-15 before taking down WEM/JWP 32-16 and finishing with a 62-15 win over Waseca.
The Tigers had a staggering 10 athletes remain undefeated on the day at perfect 3-0 records with Liam Ahrens, Luis Lopez, Jack Meyer, Colton Glende, Tommy Elwood, Evan Schweisthal, Charley Elwood, Garron Hoffman, Tate Hermes and Dylan Heiderscheidt all accomplishing the feat.
Also recording a winning record at the meet was Medford heavyweight Mason Degrood, who finished 2-1 overall with his one loss coming by fall against WEM/JWP.
Medford’s next action will be an away dual against Westfield at Hayfield High School on Thursday, Dec. 8 at 5 p.m.
